Then it looks like the crank arms just pull out of the frame. Next you insert a 6mm allen wrench and remove that bolt. You just have to move it enough to get past the crack sound of the loctite breaking adhesion, then it should come out easily. What I normally do is get a good long wrench, put it in the thing at an easy angle, then stand on the bike with one foot on the left pedal and the other foot on the wrench and then mash the wrench down with my foot.
